With Xomnia rapidly growing, it is more important than ever to keep strong ties between everyone on the team. One week ago, the whole Xomnia team went on a relaxing sailing weekend trip across the IJsselmeer, bringing together all data scientists, data engineers, BI experts, juniors, partners, and others. While the main focus of the trip was to get to know each other better on a personal level (including plenty of surprising dancing skills), we also learned more about each other's technical backgrounds and current activities within Xomnia. All in all, it was a great trip, which we will repeat at least once per year.
